Life On Earth EP - Summer Walker

Fresh off of her 2019 studio album release “Over It”, Summer Walker is now back with her 5 song EP “Life On Earth“.

Whether in this season you’re in the mood for love or not, Summer has delivered something for you. From reminiscing on old love, to songs asking for new love or even the moments in between; she has a track for each one. With two features from up and comer No1Noah and one feature from Party Next Door, most tracks are coming from two different perspectives of love/ affection on this album.

With everything that has occurred recently with Summer Walker and her anxiety, as well as the recent split from Ex- Bf London On DA Track (who now also has a rumored love child). We at first wondered if she would continue to make music and now we wonder if any of these songs could be about him. Will this new album be fire? Will we even get a new album? I guess we’ll find out on the next episode of Dragon Ball Z.

Side Note: I don’t know why we problematic humans love for celebrity heartbreaks so much, but in someways it makes for the best music.

This EP as well as all of her music, provides a vulnerability about her that we don’t get in other places, and I love that.
